Refund policy

14-day refund

If you're not happy with your Survey Software Suite licence, email sales@kleboetech.co.uk within 14 days of buying, with your order number, and we'll refund you in full. No complicated forms.

When a refund is made, the licence key is switched off and the programs return to needing a key.

If something doesn't work

If a program doesn't work as described in its user manual, tell us. We'll try to fix it first; if we can't, we'll refund you, even after the 14 days.

Bought by mistake?

Bought twice, or need more PCs instead of a second licence? Email us and we'll sort it out.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used, through our reseller Lemon Squeezy. They normally arrive within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.

This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights.
